“Say it, see it, and feel it” are the
superheroes of my mind. They give me the power to go from where I am to
where I want to be.
“Say it” is auditory, “see it” is visual, and “feel it” is packed full
of emotion.
“Say it” allows me to hear the sound of my dreams. It pushes my inner
voice in a positive direction as I listen to the story of my dreams.
“See it” shows me pictures of my dreams, and even before they happen, I
can see them in my mind.
“Feel it” is the glue that makes sights and sounds stick in my mind.
The power of positive emotion indelibly imprints my dreams in my
thoughts.
These three superheroes are a reminder to use the most powerful
components of the language of the mind. When I use only one, I am doing
things the hard way. When I “say it, see it, and feel it,” I am on the
fast track to my dreams.

Sometimes you
look with your eyes, and at other times you look with your mind.
Visualization is looking with your mind.
We know that what we look at expands into our lives. If we are smart,
we advertise our dreams to ourselves by displaying their pictures where
we can constantly see them. The more we look at them, the stronger the
dreams become, and the more influence they have on our destiny.
Sometimes, it's impossible to create and display a picture of your
dreams because an image doesn't exist. That's where visualization
comes in. It lets you see things in your mind's eye that you can't see
with your physical eyes. Looking with your mind's eye - visualization -
has nearly the same power as looking at an actual photograph. For all
practical purposes, your brain doesn't distinguish between an image that
you see with your eyes from one that you visualize in your mind.
I put a picture of Bora Bora on my wall more than ten years before I
actually arrived there on my yacht. But if I didn't have a picture, I
could have achieved the same result by visualizing Bora Bora in my
mind. It didn't matter whether I saw the image on my wall or visualized
it in my mind; the net results were the same. I had Bora Bora on my
mind, and I was willing to move heaven and earth to get there.
Visualization has great power for both good and evil. Unfortunately,
not everyone uses it to visualize good. They visualize bad health,
poverty, and depression, and like night follows day, problems expand
into their life.
Each day when I wake up, I visualize my future. In my mind, I see
myself doing dozens of things that move me in the direction of my
dreams. I visualize the path to my dreams so that when I walk down that
path, it will be a trip through familiar territory.
When you visualize your future, don't forget that God has a dream for
your life that is better than anything you can imagine. If you get in
agreement with God and visualize his master plan, your life will become
an awesome adventure.

Say it, see it, and feel it are the language of the
mind.
Too many people try to change their lives without speaking the language.
They never learned it, and their inability to communicate effectively
with their brain hamstrings their attempts at positive change.
The fastest and easiest way to make positive change happen is to speak
to yourself using the language of the mind.
Say your dreams to yourself many times a day. Speak words of faith
and hope into your mind as you face the challenges of life.
See yourself overcoming your problems and addictions. Visualize
your dreams coming true.
Feel positive emotions well up in your heart as move in the direction of
your dreams.
You must see your dreams, say your dreams, and feel the power of your
dreams before they can ever come true. That's how you speak the
language of the mind. That's how you make positive change happen.
